As I like experimenting with different things, I felt that it was time for me to give  Ayurveda a try. Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been incorporating few Ayurveda practices here and there. I wanted to take you on my discovery journey of this ancient holistic medicine.

Ayurveda medicine is so many things in one. I’ve got so many questions. Since Ayurveda is all about aligning our body, mind & soul, I’m going to follow this pattern, and make a three part series with three Ayurveda experts. We’ll start with the body, follow up with the mind and wrap up with the soul.

For part one "Aligning your mind with Ayurveda", I invited Dr. Sheetal Ajmani, Ayurveda expert, Pediatric physician, Yoga teacher, and mindfulness advocate. Don't forget to check out part 1 of this episode. In this second part we focus on food, nutrition and digestion.
